1. Transport Services

We provide licensed, air-conditioned tourist vehicles driven by professional drivers. Our rates include fuel, highway tolls, parking fees, passenger insurance, and the driver’s expenses.

2. Booking and Deposit

• A deposit of [20-30%] is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is payable at the start of the service, either in cash (Euros or Dirhams) or by bank transfer in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund of the deposit (minus bank fees).

• 15 to 29 days before: 50% of the deposit is retained.

• Less than 14 days or No-show: The full deposit is non-refundable.

4. Child Safety (Car Seats)

Safety is our priority. We provide child car seats and boosters free of charge upon request. Please specify the child’s age and weight at the time of booking.

5. Liability and Personal Belongings

Private Morocco Trips is not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle. Delays caused by force majeure (weather, road closures) are beyond our control and do not entitle the client to compensation.
